After the kickoff session on Dec. 4, you'll have access to the complete book manuscript, templates, and framework to work through at your own pace. The program is designed to be completed between Dec. 4 and Jan. 7, giving you flexibility to fit the work into your holiday schedule.
If you can't complete everything within that timeframe, that's perfectly fine. You're more than welcome to extend your work beyond Jan. 7 and take the time you need for your Annual Review.
However, Jan. 7 is the deadline for submitting any feedback on the book manuscript, so if you want to help shape the final version, plan to complete your review and provide your insights by then.
You'll have access to the Circle community throughout the program and afterward to ask questions, share insights, and connect with other participants. We'll provide regular check-ins and accountability support to help you maintain momentum, even during the busy holiday season.
